个人简介:
周拓,男,1995年3月生,汉族,湖南长沙人,群众,博士,讲师。2023年博士毕业于中南大学,师从蒋丽忠教授,主要从事高速铁路桥梁抗震设计及震时桥上行车安全研究,近年来参与国家级科研项目3项,发表学术论文10余篇,其中多篇论文发表于本领域权威期刊,包括《Engineering Structures》、《Nonlinear Dynamics》、《Bulletin of Earthquake Engineering》等。
